147. Authority server not working after upgrading from the EzeScan 32 bit to 64 bit
If you have moved from using the 32 bit version of EzeScan (either v4.3 or v5.0) to the 64 bit version of EzeScan (only in v5.0) then you will need to download the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable from this Microsoft download page below:

ODBC connections that were originally created using 32 Bit ODBC drivers will need to be recreated using the 64 Bit ODBC drivers.
